• Issues caused by third-party services (payment gateways, network issues, etc.)

Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

Aspec Hub provides organizers with access to a dashboard for managing event ticketing, voting activities, categories, nominees, tickets, payments, and related campaign information.

Dashboard Responsibility

Organizers and authorized dashboard users are fully responsible for:

• The events, voting campaigns, award schemes, or ticketing activities they create
• The accuracy of information provided on the platform
• The legitimacy and transparency of their voting or ticketing activities
• Ensuring that their use of the platform complies with applicable laws and regulations
• Resolving complaints, disputes, or concerns raised by participants, voters, ticket buyers, or the general public

Scam, Fraud & Misuse

Aspec Hub does not condone, support, or permit any form of scam, fraud, deception, fake voting campaign, misleading event, or dishonest use of the platform.

Any organizer or user who uses the dashboard or platform for fraudulent, illegal, or misleading activities does so at their own risk and shall bear full responsibility for all consequences, claims, complaints, losses, or legal actions arising from such use.

Aspec Hub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, remove, or terminate any dashboard account, event, voting campaign, or ticketing activity suspected of being fraudulent, misleading, abusive, or harmful to users or the public.

Platform Role

Aspec Hub only provides the digital tools for voting, ticketing, payment processing, and campaign management. The platform is not responsible for fraudulent intentions, false claims, or misuse by organizers or users.
