How to Withdraw from Your Payout Account

Follow these steps to withdraw your earnings from your Aspec Hub payout account.

1. Go to the Payouts Tab

From your dashboard, click on the Payouts tab.

Make sure your balance is enough before you start the withdrawal process.

Click the Withdrawal button at the top of the page.

2. Confirm Your Payout Account

A pop-up will appear.

Confirm the account you want to withdraw your earnings to.

3. Review the Transaction Charges

Based on our payment gateway services, the following transaction charges apply:

• GHS 8.00 for bank transfers
• GHS 1.00 for Mobile Money transfers

The minimum withdrawal amount is GHS 20.00.

The maximum withdrawal amount is GHS 10,000.00 for a one-time withdrawal.

4. Proceed with the Withdrawal

Click Proceed to continue the withdrawal process.

5. Enter the Withdrawal Amount

Enter the amount you want to withdraw in the dialog box.

6. Add a Note

You can add a note to the withdrawal request.

This step is optional.

7. Submit Your Request

Click Submit Request.

8. Wait for Review

If all checks are completed and you have enough balance, your withdrawal request will be submitted successfully.

The withdrawal will then await payment.

9. Receive a Notification

After a successful withdrawal request, you will receive an email and SMS notification.

Withdrawal Status Meaning

Completed

The money has been delivered to your payout account.

Processing

Your withdrawal is still being processed and has not yet been delivered.

Rejected

Your withdrawal may be rejected for certain reasons, such as:

• Invalid account details
• Security reasons
• Compliance reasons

Pending

Your money is waiting for checks and is being prepared for delivery.

Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawals usually take 10 to 20 minutes to be delivered.

In some cases, withdrawals may take up to 12 hours.
