Payout Account Setup and Update Process

A payout account is needed for organizers to withdraw their earnings from Aspec Hub.

Aspec Hub needs your Mobile Money or bank account details so your earnings can be sent to you.

You can add a payout account after creating your account and verifying your phone number.

Add a Payout Account

Follow these steps to add a payout account to your Aspec Hub account.

1. Go to the Payouts Tab

From your dashboard, click on the Payouts tab.

2. Click Add Payout Account

To add a payout account, click the Add Payout Account button.

You will be taken to a screen where you can fill in your payout details.

Choose your preferred payment option:

• Mobile Money
• Bank Account

3. Provide Your Payout Details

Enter your Mobile Money or bank account details.

Your account details will be automatically verified through our secure platform.

4. Add the Payout Account

Click Add to add the payout account to your Aspec Hub account.

Note: You can create events and voting contests before adding a payout account. This is allowed.

Update Your Payout Account

Follow these steps to update your payout account.

1. Go to the Payouts Tab

From your dashboard, go to the Payouts tab.

2. Open the More Button

At the top right side of the page, you will see a More button just after the Withdrawal button.

Click the More button.

3. Click Update Payout Account

Click Update Payout Account.

4. Follow the Steps on the Screen

Follow the steps shown on the screen to update your payout account.

You will be required to provide an OTP code.

The OTP code will be sent to your phone number to confirm that you are the one updating the payout account.

Notifications

During this process, you will be notified through SMS and email.

You will receive a notification when a payout account is added or updated.
