Phone Number Verification Process

Follow these steps to verify your phone number on Aspec Hub.

1. Access Your Dashboard

After creating your account and setting up your organization profile, go to your dashboard.

You must verify your phone number before you can create events or voting contests.

2. Go to the Event or Voting Section

Navigate to either:

• The Event tab
• The Vote Form tab

You will be asked to add a phone number.

Click Add phone number to add a phone number to your account.

3. Verify Your Phone Number with OTP

After adding your phone number, Aspec Hub will send you an OTP code.

Use this OTP code to verify your account.

If the OTP delays, dial the code below to check your OTP:

*928*01#

4. Continue Using the Dashboard

If the OTP is valid, your phone number will be verified.

You can then go back to your dashboard and continue with the next process.
